I have been speechless for the last twenty or so minutes. You could say that all of us have been (and still are) basically this:
It's our sixth project, and we are still amazed at how incredible you, our fans and backers, can be. The only thing we (as I speak for the whole NSKN team) can say is this: thank you.

Of Mists and Minis: Miniature Update #1

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Wow, this is going fast! As I am writing these words, we are not yet funded, but I think that it’s quite possible we will be by the time this update goes live. Let’s see if I can beat the clock, and give you some quick info about the miniatures – and a few early pictures of the first mini.
Say hello to Venda!
Above you see renders of Venda the Ravencrag Fury, a hero from the Mistfall base game. And yes, this means that all characters from Mistfall and from Heart of the Mists will be part of the miniatures set. We will be showing you more during the coming days, as work is still in progress, but moving at a really good pace.
Miniatures in the game
The most basic use for the miniatures is to use one (or more) instead of the party marker. Although (at this point) the Heroes still move together as one, this will make your games admittedly more stylish.
Now, if you’re guessing that this may not be the only use for the miniatures, you may just be correct. The world of Mistfall is growing, as new ideas, mechanisms and variants are added. Also, we are hard at work on something that may make them an even better addition to your Mistfall experience.
So, stay tuned and, see you in a few, after Heart of the Mists is funded ;-)
