We have just finished working on a Heart of the Mists promo pack. It should be available soon from the Board Game Geek store, and in Europe also (in limited quantities) from us directly at conventions. What will the promo pack contain? Just take a look:
A new starting location, which is actually double-sided, and can be also used with Mistfall (or you can simply choose your favourite inn to start from) is not the only promo you can get for Heart of the Mists, as we have it on good authority, that you might expect to find some more goodness in this year's Adventskalender. But that's a secret ;-)
Chronicles of Frost on Kickstarter

Fulfillment update for all regions

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Yesterday we received news from each fulfillment center and we're ready to tell you what is the status of your packages for each region of the world.
USA
Funagain Games has just informed us that all packages have been shipped. This was a rather long process, as for more than one week packages have been delivered to UPS and USPS. Due to the high number of retail orders and other projects being fulfilled at the same time, they could not do it any faster, but now with all orders out, you should receive your packages quite soon. Tracking numbers were sent both by Funagain directly and also by us via BackerKit.
Those of you who chose to receive the 2 microgames as compensation for minis not being painted should receive an extra package coming this time from Poland. We shipped those games in October, but we have no control over the arrival date.
If you pledged for add-ons which were not in the Mistfall universe (e.g. Simurgh, Exodus), you will definitely get another package from Poland. Those have been shipped out on 25-Oct.
Western EU
Your games have made it safely to our UK fulfillment center and they are being sorted out. All your games will be packed in one package and shipping should start on Tuesday. Since many campaigns are using the services of the same fulfillment company, we expect that it would take about 1 week for all packages to leave UK.
All your games including the 2 microgames and all extras outside the Mistfall universe have been shipped to UK, thus our estimation that each backer should receive one package.
Canada
One pallet with Heart of the Mists and all other games from the Mistfall universe is now clearing customs. Our current estimation is that next week most if not all packages should be en route.
Those of you who should also receive microgames as compensation should expect a second package coming from Poland, just like in the case of US backers.
Finally, everyone who chose add-ons outside the Mistfall universe will receive yet another package with those add-ons coming also from Poland.
Rest of the world
Backers from Easter EU, rest of Europe and all other regions have been notified via Backer Kit of their inbound packages. Your rewards are coming in one or more packages from Poland and they've all been shipped out last week. Tracking numbers are already uploaded in Backer Kit.

Contest: Become the Namegiver of Mistfall

The world of Mistfall needs you again, and this quest might be the biggest one yet!
Middle-Earth, Krynn, Toril - here are a few names known well to fans of perilous adventures in worlds of high adventure. Yet, the world of Shadowscape, Heart of the Mists and Mistfall does not have a proper name yet. Time for us to find one!
Here's where you come in!
- Propose a name for the world of the bravest of heroes, the foulest of foes, and of the nefarious Mists in the comments of the Shadowscape Kickstarter project.
- On Tuesday, December 6th we will choose the three best, their authors becoming the Namegivers, who will receive a personally signed copy of Heart of the Mists bundled with the Sand & Snow expansion.
- Of the three, we will also choose one to become the Highest Namegiver, and their proposition will become the official name for the world of Mistfall.
Think hard, give us your best, and become a Namegiver. Eternal glory awaits!

Final delivery - when is it happening

Ladies & Gentlemen,
This should be the final update before the actual shipping commences and we are going to cover all regions.
USA
The container was stuck in customs much longer than we originally anticipated, being held for almost 10 days :( Last week's update estimated that by now all backers from USA should already have tracking numbers and possibly game boxes, but sadly Funagain is only going to receive the container today or tomorrow. Current estimation is that games will leave the fulfillment center this week and all backers from USA should get an email with a tracking number by the end of this week.
Canada
One pallet from the aforementioned container will leave to Canada this week. Since it will go through customs yet again, our best hope is that Canadian backers will start getting tracking numbers in 2 weeks.
Western EU
The container with destination Europe has cleared customs today and is en route to our warehouse. As soon as it arrives (ETA Wednesday) we will consolidate a shipment to our UK fulfillment center and we estimate that at the end of next week all backers from Western EU should receive emails with tracking numbers.
Eastern EU, rest of Europe and rest of the world
At the end of this week, we plan to send packages out of Poland covering all Estern and Southern Europe and every other country not covered in the previous sections. We will ship out first games to backers from Australia, New Zealand and Easter Asia, followed by South and Central America, Africa and Middle East, followed by the rest of Asia and Europe. We estimate that by next Wednesday all packages will be out.
Final thoughts
As we receive tracking numbers, we will post them in a separate update. Based on your backer number or your BackerKit number you will be able to get your tracking from the file and check the status of your package.
These days, even with another KS campaign running, we are putting all possible effort to speed up the delivery process as much as humanly possible. We're in constant contact with FedEx (responsible for our logistics) and with our fulfillment centers and if anything changes we will let you know.
I am hoping that next week I will be able to update you with most (if not all) tracking numbers.
