Ladies and Gentlemen!
We have been hard at work of late, both bringing a new Kickstarter to life, as well as overseeing the fulfillment process. Now, it's time for some news.
Firstly, those of you in USA in Canada waiting for Heart of the Mists should be getting shipping notifications right about now, or very shortly. Simply put, you should be expecting your pledges to arrive quite soon now.
Secondly, we have launched a separate Kickstarter campaign for Shadowscape today, and it's already funded!
So, if you missed the opportunity to receive a copy of Shadowscape, now's your second chance! Also, we've prepared a special Pledge Level for those of you who already have Shadowscape or are expecting a copy from us soon: you can brave the subterranean labyrinth in as a true Veteran of Shadowscape, and secure all and any Stretch Goals arriving at your doorstep when Shadowscape is fulfilled. Learn to play guide and fulfillment update

Ladies & Gentlemen,
As the final delivery date is approaching fast, we have prepared for you a Learn to Play Guide for Heart of the Mists, similar to the one for Mistfall. We are aware that rules of plat might be a little overwhelming at first, so we created this quick guide for you so you can dive right in, skipping the rule book and playing as soon as you open the box and get the tokens off the punchboards. We also got an ETA from FedEx for both shipments (EU and USA):
- The US bound container should reach Tacoma port today and head straight to customs. it's our first time shipping to the West Coast of US, so we do not know how long this process should take, but we expect that in a week the container will reach Funagain who will begin fulfillment right away. They'll also send one pallet to Canada, so a week later the Canadian backers should receive notifications as well. Please be aware that no more address changes are possible.
- The EU bound container should reach port on 15-Nov and then head straight to our warehouse as soon as it clears customs. We expect to start fulfillment from both Poland and UK in the last week of November.
We plan to keep you updated every step of the way, so expect to hear back from us quite soon.

Locking addresses

Ladies & Gentlemen,
As delivery date comes closer, we've just sent the 48-hour notification before we lock down addresses.
Please check your address in BackerKit and update it if necessary. If you believe your address may change in the next 30 days, please use your work address instead or the address of trusted friends or family, one which is likely to remain unchanged until delivery.
Some of you will get more than one package, especially if you got add-ons or if you accepted the miniatures pack compensation we proposed.

Post-Essen logistics update

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Essen is behind us and we'd like to thank all of you who were there for coming by and saying hello, it's been great meeting you in person.
If you were unable to pick up your reward, please write to us as soon as possible to [email protected] so we can figure out how to get your games to you.
Now, to the news everyone else has been waiting for...
1. North America
The games are in a container headed to the West coast of USA. From there they will make their way to Funagain Games who will do the fulfillment for all US backers and to Board Game Bliss who will do the same for our Canadian backers. We estimate the ship to get to port in the first third of November. As ports on the West coast are usually busy and rather slow, we will keep you updated as we get more information.
2. Europe and the rest of the world
Another container has been loaded on a ship headed to Poland, but there has been a small delay due to customs processing in China, so this ship is about 10 days behind the one headed to USA. As we get more details, we will post new updates.
On our side, we're preparing all the paperwork for fulfillment so that when games get to warehouses they can be shipped right away.
Please update your addresses in BackerKit because we will soon have to lock them down (most likely next Wednesday).

Get you reward at Spiel Essen - pick-up details

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Our whole team is already in the "Essen mode", we're doing last minute preparations and even if Spiel is still 10 days away, we will start our adventure next weekend, with a long trip and 3 days of restless booth building.
Before we get into details, we're happy to report that all games which are not for Essen pick-up are ready and we're in the process of finalizing export formalities in China. As soon as Spiel is over we will return with an update on this topic.
Those of you who have selected a pledge level with Essen pick-up will be especially interested in the details below. We are going to set our booth in such a way that your reward collection will be as simple as it gets:
- go to hall 1, booth G-124, where you should easily recognize NSKN Games,
- look for a poster saying Essen pick-up,
- provide your backer id or your backer email and we will give you your reward;
- even if you cannot be there in person, you can send a friend to get your game; simply have that friend provide us with the info listed above.
If you would like Błażej to sign your copy of Heart of the Mists, Sand & Snow or Shadowscape, just look for him and he will be happy to oblige.
In fact, even if you did not select Essen pick-up as your pledge level but you're visiting Spiel, please do come by, we would like to meet you in person, say thank you for your support and get to know you better.
We sincerely hope to meet as many of your as possible during the amazing four days of gaming in Germany!
